How does the platform fee relate to message costs? +
Your monthly plan covers the platform — campaigns, inbox, routing, analytics, and team access. Messages are billed separately at per-segment rates drawn from your prepaid wallet, so you always pay only for what you actually send.
What happens if I exceed my plan’s included volume? +
Nothing breaks. Sends continue at your per-message rate, and volume discounts kick in automatically above 250K/mo. You can upgrade plans at any time for a lower platform fee per message.
Can I bring my own provider accounts? +
Yes. Connect your existing Twilio, Telnyx, or other carrier accounts and Text Crow routes across them, or use our managed numbers — your choice, per workspace.
Do you offer annual billing? +
Yes — annual billing saves 20% on the platform fee. Per-message rates are identical on monthly and annual plans.
