Last updated: July 13, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Text Crow platform and related services (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and all activity under your account. You must promptly notify us of any unauthorized use.
2. Acceptable use
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Acceptable Use Policy. You are responsible for obtaining all required consents from message recipients and for complying with applicable laws and carrier requirements.
3. Provider accounts and fees
You may connect your own third-party messaging and URL-shortening provider accounts. You are responsible for all charges incurred with those providers. Platform subscription fees are billed per your selected plan and are non-refundable except where required by law.
4. Customer data
You retain ownership of the data you submit to the Service. You grant us a limited license to process that data solely to provide and improve the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
5. Service availability
We strive to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practicable.
6. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, or to comply with law.
7. Disclaimers and liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from the Service is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.
8. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
9. Marketing and advertising
We advertise the Service to audiences in the United States and use third-party analytics and advertising technologies on our website and marketing pages, including tools from Google, Meta, Microsoft, LinkedIn, and Cloudflare. These may set cookies and tracking pixels to measure and deliver advertising, including remarketing. How this works, and how you can opt out, is described in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
